Before Christmas 2021, we were able to brew a sample batch of the Noakes & Co OPA.
This batch was brewed following the original Noakes & Co recipe (with the exception of some mineral additions to replicate the hard water of London). The photographs below show the brewing apparatus used to brew the test batch!
